Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on robestreet.com, operated by Bfp Swiss Sàrl, c/o Fidexpert, Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, Sion, 1950, Switzerland.

1. Our products

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including its fabric, its length and its fit. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Where a measurement is given, it is taken from that model and not averaged across a range.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, over an encrypted connection.

3. Your order

A contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns and cancellation

See our Refund policy, which sets out both your statutory 14-day right to cancel and our own 30-day return policy.

6. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
