Cancellation rights

You are buying from Robe Street, a trading name of Bfp Swiss Sàrl. Because you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to your order.

Your statutory right to cancel — 14 days
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, by email to help@robestreet.com or by post to Bfp Swiss Sàrl, Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, 1950 Sion, Switzerland. A clear statement is enough — there is no form to fill in, and you do not have to give a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up.

Sending the goods back
Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send them before those 14 days expire. You pay the cost of returning them. Return postage is not refundable.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and how they work — in other words, you may try a robe on as you would in a shop, but not wear it.

Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery charge — but not the extra cost if you chose a faster delivery than our cheapest standard option. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used, and the refund costs you nothing.

When the right to cancel does not apply
Under regulation 28 of the 2013 Regulations, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. This covers dressing gowns, bathrobes, nightwear and towelling worn next to the skin: once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, the item cannot be resold and cannot be returned under the statutory right to cancel. It remains covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and by your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Separately from the law, and going beyond it, we give you 30 days from delivery to tell us a robe is not right for you. See our Refund policy. This is a commercial guarantee: it adds to your statutory rights, it never replaces them.
